  • Maxim Mobile Notary is in Northeastern New Jersey, centrally located, for servicing clients throughout Hudson, Bergen Essex, Morris, Passaic, and Union counties, along with the rest of the state, upon request. We go wherever our clients need us to be!

  • You can call or text us at 201.774.1857 or email us at Stacey@MaximMobileNotary.com to schedule an appointment that is convenient for you. Once your appointment is confirmed, we travel to you.

  • All your document signers, if witnesses are required, will need to be physically present with valid, unexpired photo ID, such as a State Issued Driver’s License, State Issued Identification Card, United States Passport, United States Passport Card, United States Military Identification Card, Certificate of Naturalization, Certificate of United States Citizenship, Alien Registration Card with Photograph, or a Foreign Passport and all originals that require certification or attestation, along with supporting document(s) you would like to have notarized.

  • No. You cannot pre-sign or date the documents that need notarization. The date of the notarial certificate must be the actual date of the notarization. Post-dated documents will not be notarized. You can completely fill in all the sections of the document(s), except for the Signature and Date.

  • We accept cash, Zelle, debit and credit cards via Square. Pricing factors are based on number of notarizations, travel distance, printing/faxing/scanning, and time of day/night with fee transparency.

  • We are professional, reliable, efficient, convenient, cheerful and on time! We enjoy going the extra mile to serve our clients with care, in accordance with New Jersey State notary laws.
